GradeLens AI
PRIVATE ALPHA

Use GradeLens as evidence, not a promise.

These alpha terms describe the product behavior and limits implemented today. Final public terms still require the approved operator identity, contact information, governing law, and legal review.

Alpha status

GradeLens is pre-release evaluation software. Features, scan limits, methodology, providers, pricing hypotheses, and availability may change. Do not rely on uninterrupted operation or use the service as the sole basis for a high-value purchase, sale, insurance claim, or professional grading submission.

Not final public terms: The legal entity, support contact, governing law, venue, age requirements, warranty language, and any subscription/refund terms must be approved before external paid distribution.

What GradeLens provides

GradeLens provides an image-based card condition opinion from the submitted pixels. It may identify visible defects, evidence limitations, possible production indicators, and a modeled condition estimate. It does not physically handle the card, certify authenticity, guarantee an exact professional grade, certify a factory-error designation, or prove that a card is unaltered.

You remain responsible for inspecting the physical card, confirming identity and ownership, and deciding whether to buy, sell, insure, submit, or otherwise rely on it.

Your responsibilities

  • Submit only photos and card information you are authorized to use.
  • Follow the capture guide and do not intentionally obscure, manipulate, or misrepresent evidence.
  • Protect your Apple account and signed-in devices, and report suspected unauthorized access.
  • Do not probe, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or use GradeLens to build a competing dataset or service.
  • Do not present a GradeLens estimate as professional certification or guaranteed resale value.

Accounts, evidence, and support

New analysis requires a verified account and acceptance of the current service-processing notice. Optional research permission is separate. A scan confirmation helps locate a support record but never authenticates the holder or grants access. GradeLens may pause a scan rather than issue a result when evidence is incomplete, contradictory, unsafe, or outside operational limits.

Deletion and service changes

You can delete scans and request account deletion using the available controls. Some cleanup is asynchronous so GradeLens can remove private objects safely and revoke provider credentials. The service may suspend access needed to protect accounts, evidence, infrastructure, provider budgets, or other users.

Material changes to data use require an updated notice and, where required, a new affirmative choice. GradeLens will not treat silence or continued use as permission for a materially broader research or AI-training purpose.
